The purpose of the description this study is to create a just and democratic safe society; security, justice democracy can be achieved by diagnosing conflict as sublimation for differences in language culture society. So that multicultural, multilingual education at least minimizes local, national global community noise overcoming vertical-horizontal conflicts. This uses methods techniques analyzing general domain cultural themes sub themes; linear system relationships between components education. concept conflicting heterogeneity communities help multicultural learning with cultural-lingual approach; multimedia, multimetodic, multisite against typically islands coast. Conflicting society used media diagnostic material. Contrastive analysis conflicts very helpful an educational perspective. Hopefully concepts contribute perspective, namely synthesis national, elements.
